About / EFW Africa

Career preparation that leads to practical progress.

Our beginning

Career support should lead to practical progress.

Our Lagos pilot brought together early-career professionals, jobseekers and career changers for a hands-on workshop. Participants worked on their CVs, LinkedIn profiles, job-search approach and interview readiness.

The pilot was intentionally small. It gave us a foundation to learn from and a model to strengthen before expanding into other African markets.

Our ambition is to build an institution that connects preparation, mentorship, community and opportunity across Africa.

What guides us

Built for practical progress.

Honest about where we are, deliberate about where we are going.

Mission

Equip Africa's emerging talent with practical career skills, confidence and informed support.

Vision

An Africa where people can recognise their value, communicate it credibly and move towards meaningful work.

Approach

Practical learning, culturally relevant guidance, experienced facilitators and measurable follow-through.

Foundation

Kingdom-rooted and professionally inclusive. Purpose, integrity and excellence shape how we serve.

The Lagos pilot

A starting point we can learn from.

Our first workshop established the practical foundation for future programmes, partnerships and measurable participant support.

Temi Bamibe

“I wanted participants to leave with more than notes. I wanted them to leave having made progress.”

Temi is a global talent-acquisition professional with more than 11 years of experience across African and international markets. She created EFW Africa after repeatedly seeing capable people struggle to articulate their value and turn career information into action.

EFW Africa is founder-led today and intentionally designed to grow into an independent institution.

Looking ahead

Built in Lagos. Designed to travel.

We are strengthening the model before expanding into other African markets through local partnerships, relevant facilitation and evidence-led programme design.
